CNC vertical machining center refers to the spindle of the vertical machining center. The  vertical machining center is mainly for CNC milling. Its structure form is fixed column, the workbench is rectangular, without indexing rotation function, suitable for processing plate, set, plate type parts, it generally has three linear motion coordinate axes, and can be installed on the workbench along the horizontal axis rotation table, to process spiral line type parts.

 

The equipment is easy to install card, easy to operate, easy to observe the processing situation, easy to debug the program, widely used. But by the column height and tool change device  restrictions, can not process too high parts, in the processing of cavity or concave surface, chip is not easy to discharge, serious damage to the tool, damage has been processed surface, affect the smooth processing.

 

The Maintenance Of CNC Vertical Machining Center

 

👉Servo motor and spindle motor parts

 

Servo motor and control system is the power source of machine tool and the key part of  precision control, focus on checking noise and temperature rise. If the noise or temperature rise is too high, it should be found out whether it is a mechanical problem such as bearings or a parameter setting problem of the matching amplifier, and take corresponding measures to solve it. Servo axis in sports such as abnormal sound, it is possible that because of the screw, coupling, and the servo motor mechanical noise caused by the different heart motor and coupling can be release, single motor running, if the motor still have noise, then adjust the speed loop gain and the position loop gain, make motor silent, if no noise, It is judged that the concentricity of the screw and the coupling is a problem, and then the concentricity is recalculated and connected with the motor. The problem can generally be eliminated.

 

👉Measurement feedback element

 

Measurement feedback includes encoder, grating ruler, etc. It is necessary to regularly check  and detect whether the connection of each component is loose, whether it is polluted by oil or dust, dust and fine iron dust may damage such components.

 

👉Electrical control section

 

Regularly check whether the external three- phase power supply voltage connected to the machine is normal. To check whether the electrical components are well connected. Using CRT display diagnostic screen to check whether all kinds of switches are effective. To check whether the relays and contactors work normally and whether the contacts are good, whether thermal relay, arc suppressor and other protective elements are effective, whether the temperature of components in the electrical cabinet is too high. For bad contact contact of contactor, the contactor can be disassembled, with a small file to drop the high temperature oxide on the surface of the contact, and then wipe out the sundries with absorbent cotton and alcohol, reassemble, and then conduct conduction test on the contact with a multimeter.

 

👉Numerical control system control part

 

The control system includes NUMERICAL control unit, power supply module, I/O interface,  servo amplifier, spindle amplifier, operation panel, display, etc. Maintenance is mainly to check whether the relevant voltage value is within the specified range; Whether the connection of electrical components is loose; Check whether the fans of each functional module run normally and remove dust from the fans and dust filter network.
